Outpost Ag welcomes Chelsea Goucher to team

Outpost Agriculture is excited to introduce our new on-the-ground-operations manager, Chelsea Goucher. Chelsea is a Ketchikan local born and raised in the community. Her non-profit experience includes serving as Executive Director of the Ketchikan Chamber of Commerce and sitting on numerous volunteer boards including that of Southeast Conference, SE Alaska’s state- and federally-recognized economic development organization.
Chelsea worked in logistics for 5 years and understands the complexity and delicacy of supply chains. She is keenly interested in strengthening local food security and self-reliance, as well as in the sustainable diversification of the SE Alaskan economy. She brings this ethos also to Foraged & Found, the business she co-owns with Jenn Brown, and which is an enterprise dedicated to sharing Alaska’s wild edible bounty with the world through the transformation of sustainably harvested superfoods into approachable, tasty pantry staples. https://foragednfound.com
In her free time Chelsea enjoys yoga, hiking, writing, live music, and any opportunity to be on stage, whether it’s dance, song, or theater.
